AnswerAs soon as the dress has been made and the package has been taken by UPS for delivery, we will inform you about the tracking number of the package in an automated e-mail. Question HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

Question HOW MUCH DUTY AND TAX ARE TO BE PAID?
AnswerBy default, product prices are EU VAT inclusive until you proceed to purchase your order. Taxes and duties are then calculated according to your shipping destination and itemised at the bottom of the Order Summary page.

All EU countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price. To view the most accurate price for your shipping destination whilst browsing the site, you will need to select your country.

If a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties, including EU VAT. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes and fees levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order.

Question CAN I ORDER THE DRESS WITH CUSTOM LENGTH?
AnswerYes you can. If you would like the dress with custom length to fit your height and your shoes, please choose your size and at the ‘skirt length’ choose the ‘custom length’ option after you’ve measured yourself  when placing your order and give us your LINE E, LINE H and LINE I measurements. Then put the dress to cart.
Question IF I HAVE NOT BOUGHT MY SHOES YET, HOW CAN I ORDER THE DRESS WITH CUSTOM LENGTH?
AnswerIf you have shoes with the same heel height as the ones you would like to wear, use them to take your measures and write a note in the order that you would like to clarify the custom length.

In this case, you will get an e-mail from us on how long you can change the length. We are going to start making the dress based on the measurements given until this time.

AnswerIt is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order.
Question CAN I RETURN A ’MADE TO ORDER’ OR CUSTOMIZED ITEM?
AnswerWithdrawals, cancellations, exchanges or returns are not accepted for orders of customized products.
Question WHAT DOES ‘MADE TO ORDER’ MEAN?
AnswerOur wedding gowns are not on stock. We make your dress in the chosen size upon order. In this case, items cannot be returned or refunded. Orders require payment.
Question HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE THE DRESS?

The expected delivery time is at least 6 months. Except if the system shows a different time at the order.

Question IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?
AnswerAll items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from BHARB to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.

In case of shipping outside EU countries, taxes and duties are not included. These and any other costs incurred shall be borne by the customer.
